Madi McMichael Moseley
Associate
Madi focuses her practice on personal injury, trucking, automobile wrecks, and wrongful death cases.
Madi was born and raised in Columbus and attended Columbus High School. Madi graduated summa cum laude with honors from the University of Georgia Honors Program with degrees in Political Science and International Affairs in 2019. She was then admitted to the University of Georgia School of Law as a UGA Scholar.
While at UGA Law, Madi worked in the Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation (“CEASE”) Clinic, which provides legal services to survivors of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking through representation in civil lawsuits and juvenile court proceedings. Madi represented survivors of childhood sexual abuse and trafficking in civil lawsuits under the Georgia Hidden Predator Act and Georgia RICO Act and obtained valuable courtroom experience in juvenile court. Madi was also selected as a member of the Georgia Law Review and served on the editorial board as an online editor.
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2022, Madi clerked for the Honorable M. Stephen Hyles, Magistrate Judge in the District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Judge Hyles remains a mentor and friend to Madi and her husband and officiated their wedding in 2024. After clerking, Madi practiced as a litigation associate in the Atlanta office of Fox Rothschild LLP, a Philidelphia-based Am Law 100 firm, where she focused on complex commercial litigation and business disputes in state and federal court. Madi recently moved home to Columbus and joined PWMC as an associate, where she hopes to have a positive impact on clients and her hometown community.
Madi is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Columbus Trial Lawyers Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. Outside of work, Madi enjoys spending time with her husband, a fellow UGA Law graduate, and their labrador, Ladd.
